The ordering process is quite straightforward but we are of course always available to discuss your order with you.
Once you have submitted your enquiry form, or discussed your requirements by telephone, we will email you a quote giving all the detail required to make your decision. Of course if you have further questions, or queries, we will address these as required.
When you are happy to place your order we require some form of authority to enable us to proceed. This can be a formal purchase order or straight forward email confirming your requirements.
We will then send you a proforma invoice for payment. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, BACS, or a cheque.
We will ask you to submit your artwork in a suitable format, if not already received, and discuss any issues with you that may arise. Our studio is here to assist you with any difficulties. Once any artwork issues are ironed out we will send a formal proof for your approval. This must be signed and returned to us before we can proceed. The proof is very important and should be checked thoroughly as we cannot later be held responsible for incorrect detail that is signed and approved by the client.
The bags will be produced according to the timescales agreed and delivery made to your nominated address.
A final VAT invoice will be sent and any applicable tolerances will be included. Should a shortfall in quantity occur we will immediately refund the difference. Similiarly we would ask that any balancing payment due is forwarded by return.
