Mailing Bags

A range of custom-made postal mailing bags and custom branded mailing bags ideal for any Ecommerce or on-line packaging requirement

Why Choose This Product?

Custom-made mailing bags are available to your exact size and can be either personalised with your own company logo and details, or supplied plain. A Royal Mail postage id can be added if required. The bags can be made from single ply plastic LDPE film or 3 layer Co-Ex film for even greater security. Biothene degradable film can be requested at no extra charge.

Options

The mailers can be produced with either a single permanent adhesive self-seal strip or double strip to assist your customers with returning items. They can also be produced with a punched out carry handle or Euroslot if required.

Min quantities are 1000-3000 subject to artwork and design. Standard lead times are from 3/4 weeks.

Our Luxury Tubes are highly attractive and can be used for variety of markets. These include, Confectionery, high end Drinks sectors, Fine tea and coffee sectors, foods, Textiles (towels and fine linens) and Cosmetics.

Another very good market for these are Universities, to put graduation Scrolls in.

We are able to customise the Tubes to your specific requirements.

Why Choose This Product?

Rigid presentation boxes are the "Rolls Royce" of product packaging - it just doesn't get better and is usually what people think of when the term luxury packaging is used. Rigid boxes add value to any product and because of the nature of the material add additional protection. One of the other great benefits of rigid boxes, which is often overlooked, is that they are often retained and re-used by end users to store other items in. This means that long after the original contents have been consumed buyers are exposed to your company’s branding, helping to keep your brand front of mind for much longer.

Rigid boxes, often referred to as “paper over board boxes”, are typically made from rigid board which comes in a range of thicknesses from 1.2mm up to 3mm. The board is then covered and lined with a variety of materials. Because these boxes are made by covering the grey board with paper there is a huge range of finishes and textures available. Coverings range from a standard uncoated paper, through printed coverings and even paper backed materials which have a leather, cloth, metallic or even wood effect. The options for covering material are endless so whatever finish you have in mind we can find a way to make it a reality.

Options

While the traditional two-piece box with a lift off lid is still very popular there are lots of different styles available. In addition to standard two-piece boxes we can also produce boxes with hinged lids, Trays with wrap-around lids with magnetic closures, ribbon ties. In addition to traditional boxes we can also produce clamshell boxes and slipcases which are popular for books and documents. If you are unsure which style would be most suitable for your product, please get in touch and let our experts help you.

Printing

If a simple one colour print is required then often foil blocking is the most cost-effective solution, especially on reasonably small quantities. However we can also offer full lithographic (photo quality) printing too. Sensible minimum quantities are from 250 units, although we can offer fewer boxes if we are able to foil block your logo in 1 solid colour onto a stock size box. We can also offer a range of standard size boxes in various colours. Your logo can be foil blocked or debossed onto the lid to give it a bespoke look.

Internal fitments

Inside the box we can create a number of different fitments to hold your product. The simplest and most affordable option for an insert is often a simple white or coloured card platform however if required these card fitments can be printed. For heavier items or where additional protection is required we can produce foam inserts. If you are unsure which type would be most suitable for your product, please contact one of our experts who will be delighted to help you.

Presentation Binders

Please note there is a minimum order value of £500.00 for these products.

We produce the highest quality paper over board presentation binders available on the market today. A bold statement but true.

Using state of the art production machinery and techniques we can produce a multitude of various styles of present binders. These can be the conventional style of Binder or box style with a magnetic flap closure, or even a book style binder.

Due to the unique way of making our binders they have beautiful clean square spines, (think Apple Iphone box quality). They will make any conventionally made paper over board binders look inferior in quality.

These really are the Rolls Royce of binders in terms of quality, and yet still very competitive in pricing.

We can offer 2 or 4 ring mechanisms with round or D' rings or with no mechanism at all. Popular sizes to take A4 or A5 internal papers, although we can actually make any size required.

We can make these using your artwork and print from one to six colours, or use a variety of specialist covering papers from the leading paper mills.

We can also add wide variety of embellishments, these range from Gloss or Matt lamination, spot gloss U.V.varnish to foil blocking and debossing or embossing, the choice is only limited by your imagination.
