Guaranteed Delivery

Guaranteed Delivery*

When you place an order with us we will undertake an agreement to meet your deadline from the order date, assuming that the job progresses in a timely fashion and there are no delays with the supply of     artwork/proof approval etc.

If we fail to deliver on the date you require your goods and it is down to negligence or failure of our work processes we will offer a discount of 10% on your order.

We ask our clients to accept that goods sourced from our European and Far East partners may be subject to transport delays that are completely beyond our control. In this event we cannot be held accountable to the delivery guarantee.

* If failure of delivery occurs due to Force Majeure we will not be liable for any costs or compensation and the order will still stand and be payable in full.

No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement. If a party asserts Force Majeure as an excuse for failure to perform the party's obligation, then the nonperforming party must prove that the party took reasonable steps to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that the party substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations, and that the other party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence of an event.
